How to Perform Routine Maintenance on Outlook

Outlook is a marvelous piece of software that not only takes care of emails and contacts, but also manages to-do lists and various appointments and tasks.

    I have to say that I truly hate outlook. I really tried using it years ago but couldn't get the feel of it. However, I still don't like it in the year of 2010 :(

    Have you used the newer versions? They're much better.
